How it works

  • Monitor receives input from sensors, reports to the internet, and controls moisture management device.
  • Sensors are placed under appliances or anywhere that a leak could occur.
  • When moisture content is detected, the main water supply is shut off preventing major damage and Perfect Water and home owner are notified.

Controller

  • Receives input from sensors, reports to the internet, and controls moisture management devices: (automatic water shut-off)
  • Performs self diagnostic checks.
  • Easy to read LCD screen.
  • Internal alerts with alarm.
  • Battery operated back-up system incase of power outage.

Water Safe sensors monitor appliances and HVAC drop pan for water leaks:

  • System comes with 4 sensors and can hold a total of 32 sensors.
  • Powered by 3 volt lithium battery that has a 3-5 year battery life.
  • 200 ft range.
  • Compact.
  • Automatic checking mechanism ensures system is working properly.

HVAC Drip Pan Sensor

  • Prevents HVAC leaks from units located it attics.
  • Drip pan sensor monitors water level.
  • When a problem occurs the system sends an alert to the homeowner and Perfect Water.
